Produced by bees from seasonal wildflowers native to the islands as well as various  seasonal fruit trees such as Mango, Soursop, Guava, Avocado, Ackee, Tamarind, Lime and Plum trees. This mixture creates an infusion of flavors in our honey unique to the tiny island of St. Croix and the Caribbean unlike your taste buds have never tasted before.
